Before his current role, Jawahar served as Scrum Master and Product Manager at iGuru Portal Services, where he transformed multiple waterfall teams into thriving Agile teams. His leadership and commitment to results earned him the Employee of the Year award for three consecutive years. He has successfully led major initiatives in the educational, automotive, and IT sectors, including the delivery of iGuru School ERP, iGuru College ERP, iGuruPrep, and innovations in Cadillac Cars.

As an Agile community builder, Jawahar has launched and nurtured the Scrum Master Forum — a platform that shares daily articles, hosts discussions, and delivers talks and training programs to Agile practitioners worldwide.
